Each individual may hold only one active phdun account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All transactions on phdun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as outlined in the Payments section.

Any attempt to defraud phdun, exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. phdun employs advanced fraud detection systems and will pursue all available legal remedies against offenders.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phdun ("phdun," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phdun.com. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the phdun platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, bonus claims, and customer support interactions. By accessing or using the phdun platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the phdun Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phdun strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. phdun reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the phdun Platform. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. phdun reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 KYC Verification. phdun may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use the phdun Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of phdun or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phdun immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phdun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. phdun reserves the right to suspend any Account that shows signs of unauthorized access, unusual activity, or potential fraud.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the phdun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdun does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdun currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. phdun reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are ₱500. phdun reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phdun reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 General. phdun may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
6.3 Abuse. phdun reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phdun Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. phdun reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds or game outcome has been affected by a technical error, or where phdun suspects fraudulent activity.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, phdun will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. phdun's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding.
7.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the phdun Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to sports betting matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdun Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phdun Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of phdun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phdun.
phdun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phdun implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phdun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phdun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

13.1 By phdun. phdun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at phdun's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited.
13.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting phdun support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. phdun operates under a PAGCOR-regulated framework and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
phdun reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
